High-Fashion Hair That’s Easy to Wear

There were a number of runway hairstyles for fall that can still be worn to one of those upcoming holiday parties or other special events—the following styles will keep you looking up-to-date without looking overdone.  And remember, our on-location hairstylists are always happy to help you look your best!

Curvaceous Curls

Curls are always fun to wear, though some of the curls on the runway this fall were a little too big to fit into your normal routine.  The looks below are still trendy but not overwhelming.  The curls on the left are big and voluminous and have a retro feel, while the curls on the right are loose and easy-going.

Fancy Ponytails

Ponytails are known for being completely casual, but they don’t always have to be!  Add some loose curl and tie back with a ribbon or other hair accessory, and your ponytail is ready for any special event!  The runway trend focuses on low ponytails, which makes this style even easier to wear.

Interesting Updos 

This look is very precise and would be great for a dressy event.  This intricate updo also uses hair clips to add interest.  Starting off with straight glossy hair is a must in order to capture the sleek look of the updo.  Sections of hair are criss-crossed over a low chignon.

Unique Braids

All different kinds of braids reigned on the runway.  Try a braid that wraps around the head, while still allowing most of the hair to fall loosely on your shoulders.  This look would work with straight or curly hair.  What about a flower-inspired braid?  Two thin braids start from the temples and meet near the crown of the head.  Connecting the two braids is a flower-like mini bun.  Another braid trails the mini bun.  The milkmaid braid on the far right is another trend to follow.  Try it messy or sleek.
